      Notes on using OnBuy

      • Evaluate
OnBuy is a UK Marketplace with a predominantly British user base. All prices are in GBP. SellRapido will convert prices from Euro to GBP during the publication process.
      • Unregistered products
OnBuy allows SellRapido to create product listings already registered by OnBuy itself. For all listings that return the “opc not found” error, the seller will have to create the appropriate product card using the tools provided by OnBuy and wait for OnBuy to validate the product card thus created.
      • Shipping charges
SellRapido only handles the default shipping method, so shipping charges are pre-set in the store back office. You will still be able to adjust shipping charges in accordance with the destination.
      • Loading times for listings
OnBuy do not allow more than 600 queries per hour, so listings will be entered at a maximum rate of 600 per hour.
This limit does not apply to update and deletion actions, which is several times faster.
A listing of 10,000 articles will be published for the first time within the space of a full day, while updates will be faster.
