SellRapido service payment errors

When SellRapido is unable to withdraw the amount due for the services in your SellRapido Manager account, it sends you an email with the relevant error code.

Check the error types shown below to find out how to proceed:

insufficient_funds

The card does not have sufficient funds to complete the purchase.

The card balance must be checked or the card replaced.

try_again_later

The card was declined for an unknown reason.

If subsequent payments are refused, you must request further information from your card issuer.

do_not_honor

The card was declined for an unknown reason. You must contact your credit institution for more information.

generic_decline

The card was declined for an unknown reason. You must contact your credit institution for more information.

transaction_not_allowed

The card was declined for an unknown reason. You must contact your credit institution for more information.

authentication_required

The card was declined because the transaction requires authentication.

You must try again and authenticate the card when requested during the transaction. 

If your card issuer returns this decline code for an authenticated transaction, you must contact your credit institution for further information.

revocation_of_authorization

The card was declined for an unknown reason.  You must contact your credit institution for more information.

invalid_account

The card or account to which the card is linked is invalid.

You must contact your credit institution to check that your card is working correctly.

reenter_transaction

The issuing company could not process the payment for an unknown reason. A new payment attempt must be made.

If the transaction continues to fail, you must contact your credit institution.

pickup_card 

You must contact your credit institution for more information.

lost_card

The card was declined for an unknown reason.  You must contact your credit institution for more information.

invalid_amount

The payment amount is invalid or exceeds the amount allowed.

If the amount appears to be correct, you must contact your credit institution to find out if you can make purchases for that amount.

stolen_card

The card was declined for an unknown reason.  You must contact your credit institution for more information.

fraudulent

The card was declined for an unknown reason.  You must contact your credit institution for more information.
