Change account email address

To change your account email address, you must open a ticket.

Choose the Account settings Category and the Replace account email address Subcategory.

Please note, when you change your email address:

  • You will receive 2 emails, one to the old and one to the new address, each containing a link.
    You must click on both links received.
    No order is required, simply click on both.
  • After clicking on both links, a message will appear informing you that you can log in with the new email address.
