Add more members to your account

SellRapido allows you to add additional email addresses to your account and choose the type of access you want to allow other members to have.

You can choose between:

  1. Full access to all operations
  2. Access to pre-sale (catalogue management, catalogue publication, etc.)
  3. Access to after sales (order management, order invoicing, etc.)

To proceed open a support ticket.

Select Account Settings > Add New Members to Account and enter:

  • the email addresses of the members to activate
  • the type of access you want to allow
