SellRapido allows you to add additional email addresses to your account and choose the type of access you want to allow other members to have.
You can choose between:
- Full access to all operations
- Access to pre-sale (catalogue management, catalogue publication, etc.)
- Access to after sales (order management, order invoicing, etc.)
To proceed open a support ticket.
Select Account Settings > Add New Members to Account and enter:
- the email addresses of the members to activate
- the type of access you want to allow
