Prestashop publication errors

Introduction

Once you have published one or more products on your sales channels, you must check the ads report, where you can examine any errors and apply the necessary changes for the successful publication of the products. Below is a list of the possible publication errors on Prestashop and instructions on how to resolve them. 

Invalid EAN

The EAN in the Product tab is invalid. Please enter a valid EAN in order to successfully submit the publication.

Here you can check whether the EAN is valid.

HTTP error 400

This error is returned directly by Prestashop and SellRapido cannot intervene. Open a ticket on Prestashop for instructions on how to resolve it.

Invalid title

The product title has special characters that are not accepted by Prestashop. Check the title and change any special characters.
