      API configuration for courier automation

      Our partnership with Qapla’ allows you to manage the extrapolation of orders to couriers via API.

      This service is free of charge and allows you to prepare your parcels more rapidly.

      Who can benefit from automation

      To configure courier automatism, you must have an existing contract with a courier from the Qapla’ circuit.

      Got to this site to check whether the courier you are using belongs to the circuit.

      Configuration of automation

      You must open a ticket to request configuration.

      Select the Couriers category and the Automatic activation of orders to couriers subcategory and indicate in the description the name of the couriers you want to configure. This will allow us to provide you with the necessary configuration information.
